OLD SCHOOL DINER EDITION
This quarter we are coming to you from our favourite American Diner with the jukebox in the corner and the sauce caddy on the table, we've just ordered a big juicy hot dog and sloppy joe and we're packing our hot sauces into an old school box! If you've guessed that we're featuring some sauces direct from the US, you would be correct. The first is Dirty Dick's with their award winning Caribbean Dreams sauce, the second is from Zab's in Florida using the native Datil chilli pepper. Lastly we have a new entrant into the Australian market, Chilli Central, based in Queensland's Sunshine Coast they have created the delicious Pineapple Kiss...did we forgot to order the chocolate shake?
