Neil and Deidre are based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland where they have just launched their Chilli Central brand and we are happy to debut another great Australian start-up producer. This sauce has is also known as "Pineapple Kiss" because of its upfront pineapple sweetness and a delicious fragrant spice blend finish. The sauce has a nice thick creamy texture which makes it ideal for dipping and marinating. The heat is predominately from habanero but there is also a delayed heat hit from the sneaky inclusion of Carolina Reaper.
Marinate chicken or pork ribs and then cook them up on the barbecue. Great also for burgers.
