Kat and Tom are based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland and have created this Southern American style barbecue mustard sauce in honour of Kat's family heritage. Kat fell in love with chillies, cooking and spicy food growing up on her grandfather's hydroponic farm in the West Indies and Tom has used his farming know how to design and build their very own hydroponic farm here in Australia. Along with the home grown chillies, they have also used locally sourced honey and masterfully combine it with mustard to give this sauce its distinctive flavour. The Carolina Reaper chillies impart a fruity flavour boost as well as a very satisfying heat and a lingering burn.
Use this to replace any table sauce, it is super versatile; perfect on a hot dog, burger, sausage sizzle, dagwood dog or toastie. The perfect dipping sauce for chicken wings, pork ribs or barbecue steak and is great to add to your favourite sandwich.
