Torchbearer Sauce Co Son of Zombie Wing Sauce
The main difference between a regular hot sauce and a wing sauce is usually just in the consistency, a wing sauce is thicker and creamier which means it can cling better to Chicken wings and give an all over coating. Honey is the main ingredient used to do this which has the added benefit of giving the wing sauce some sweetness and combined with the molasses helps to caramelise your favourite meats. The combined heat from ghost chillies and habaneros means you get an all over heat across your tongue and throat.
This is the first wing sauce we have featured in the ChilliBOM Red Box and it's definitely best used the way it was intended, as a wing sauce, so don't be shy and use it liberally you won't be disappointed!
