We're all being told to stay positive and we'll all get through this together, but we've found three hot sauces that talk to the doomsdayers out there, that say we are facing the end of days, either from the global affliction affecting us all or by the simple fact that we'll slowly start to go insane from being locked up inside all day! We start with 2 hot sauces from Torchbearer Sauce Co in Pennsylvania USA where ChilliBOM is proud to be the official Australian distributor. The third sauce is from Sydney-based Old Bones which is a newcomer to the hot sauce scene and uses a unique smoking technique to create their delicious hot sauces.

The main difference between a regular hot sauce and a wing sauce is usually just in the consistency, a wing sauce is thicker and creamier which means it can cling better to Chicken wings and give an all over coating. Honey is the main ingredient used to do this which has the added benefit of giving the wing sauce some sweetness and combined with the molasses helps to caramelise your favourite meats. The combined heat from ghost chillies and habaneros means you get an all over heat across your tongue and throat. [See the full review]

This is the first time we have featured 2 sauces from the same brand together, but this was definitely a sauce we thought perfect to take on any affliction! With 30% ghost chilli and 30% habanero it lives up to its Annihilation name and both chillies provide a distinct earthy and fruity aroma and taste.
