In this edition we feature three hot sauces that can best described as great all-rounders – hot sauces made to be used anywhere and everywhere. We start with the amazing Secret Aardvark hot sauce from Portland where ChilliBOM is proud to now be the official Australian distributor of the brand. We have an example of a sauce that uses a few simple ingredients to create layers of flavour to another that uses an abundance of ingredients to create a sauce with an intense depth of flavour and lastly a sauce that use a whole different “cooking” process to create dimension and complexity.
