The co-creator of Hot Toddy hot sauces, Sarah Todd, was a runner-up on MasterChef Australia and she has teamed up with her brother Matt to create a range of recently launched hot sauces, all inspired from different spices from around the world! This little number is inspired by India, the birthplace of the ghost chilli, but it just reminds me of summer in a bottle, with the aroma of pineapple there as soon as you crack it open. The pineapple is paired deliciously with the peppery finish of the ghost chilli to provide an amazing tropical flavour with bite! The heat from the ghost peppers sits in the middle of the tongue and intensifies the more you eat.
A perfect all-rounder hot sauce that can be added to just about anything! Great for curries, add to a pizza, pasta or grilled chicken. If you like it hot for breakfast then perfect for scrambled eggs!
