The Alchemy Edition
Just like turning lead into gold, this quarter we feature three Australian hot sauces with magical abilities! First up we have a versatile hot sauce from Western Australia named for the habanero but summoning the flavour and heat of ghost peppers! One of our all time favourites from Sydney, has called upon the powers that be to transform itself into a "mini" bottle, so that it now miraculously fits into our Red Box! And lastly a hot sauce from a pickling business that upcycles the brine from their pickles to create a sauce that can be used to conjure up a delicious Bloody Mary.
