This hot sauce really speaks for itself. Gary from Hill Billy chillies releases this sauce once a year and we jumped on it as soon as it was available again. It is made in a sweet chilli sauce style and the tartness of cranberries and lemon is balanced perfectly with the toffee caramel flavours of brown sugar. Habanero helps to add some fruitiness to the sauce and of course the heat, not overpowering but enough to bring some festive cheer.
Perfect for any festive occasion and is great on roast turkey and roast pork (with crackling of course), amazing on a BLT sandwich and even more amazing on deep-fried mozarella or camberet.
