This hot sauce starts with that vibrant orange/red colour and that an unmissable tropical smell. The natural citrus flavour of habanero always combines so well with tropical mango, this is why they are paired together so often, and Richard has taken advantage of this with more than three-quarters the sauce made up of just these two ingredients. The fruit component in this sauce does give it a slighter sweeter finish, but that hint of cardamon at the end is a nice, distinctive touch. You can see the input the mango has on the consistency of this sauce, giving it a smooth, thick finish. The heat from the habanero almost feels like it's been artificially programmed, it provides the perfect amount of heat right across your mouth all the way to the back of the throat.
