This particular sauce takes inspiration from Peruvian Ceviche, blending passionfruit, cumin, chilli, garlic, and lime in a fresh new way. Jack and Bexie start with tropical mango and passionfruit, complete with crunchy passionfruit seeds for an extra burst. Tangy lime and green apple follow, with a good hit of garlic just before the habanero heat kicks in. Capsicum, ginger, and cumin add an earthy finish to round out this flavourful adventure.
