This hot sauce joins a new wave of hot sauces inspired by distinctive Asian flavours of sesame oil and ginger combined with the unmissable Korean flavour of gochujang. It has an upfront sesame oil smell giving this sauce a smooth and creamy finish and the addition of both habanero and ghost chilli deliver a welcome kick in terms of overall heat but is just enough so that the true flavour of the sauce still shines through.
You can blend this sauce with some rice wine vinegar and marinade some beef strips, chicken or hard tofu before frying up. Or just pour liberally over some fried chicken.
