This flavour-filled super-hot sauce is fuelled by Carolina Reaper, chocolate scorpions and habaneros with the rich flavours of tomatoes, tamarind, and apple cider vinegar. It starts with a wonderful aroma of chillies followed by the vinegar and tomato. The chilli flavour is also the first to hit you when the sauce gets into your mouth, and the heat heads straight to the back of the throat. The addition of the sweet-sour taste of tamarind helps to balance the diverse flavours of all the other ingredients and provides extra complexity to the sauce. The overall burn is intense and does stick around for a while which, for most of us, is an extra little bonus.
This is a very versatile sauce, but it makes a great addition to your tomato-based pasta dish or for anyone looking to super charge their favourite pizza.
