This quarter is all about the tang, the zing, the zesty and we've chosen an All-Australian line up to showcase the way that vinegar as well as fermentation can deliver this in very different ways. We are also proud to announce that the first hot sauce in our line-up is another exclusive first to market product from Jibba's Hot Sauces in Busselton Western Australia, I think you are going to love this little Jalapeño + Lime taste sensation, absolutely bursting with flavour and zestiness. Our other 2 feature sauces are also new to the ChilliBOM family. They are both from Sydney, with the first from The Fermentalist, an amazing example of the depth of flavour and tang that expert fermentation can deliver, and the second from Sparky's is a delicious Caribbean style fruit and pepper taste explosion, originally made to spice up jerk chicken but is oh so much more.
