We discovered the Cobra Chilli Bubblegum Hot Sauce on a recent visit to Cobra Chillii in Mudgeeraba on the Gold Coast. Vaughn, Lisa and the team were cooking up a storm making a range of pepper and chilli sauces and we were lucky enough to taste most of the collection!

It's our 1st Birthday this week and wanted to say a big thanks to everyone for your support of ChilliBOM. I can't believe that it has already been a year and we have come so far in such a short time. We baked a special Chocolate Chilli Surprise Cake and topped it off with our very own ChilliBOM candle!

[REIVEW] Bear Brewing Reaper Sauce
This hot sauce ticks the boxes on uniqueness in 2 ways. First it is black in colour, that's right, it is not the bottle that is black but the sauce. Second, it is a fermented hot sauce, not cooked, so delivers a very different flavour profile.

Another great example of some of the fine sauces that are getting created within Australia, this one from Ballogie in Queensland about 3 hours inland from the Sunshine Coast. This sauce is not for the feint-hearted with 38% habanero the heat is intense and it sticks around.
