[REVIEW] Culley's Ghost Chilli Bhut Jolokia Hot Sauce
I have been enjoying Culley's Hot Sauces for a few years now and got to try some of their range again at the 2017 Herb & Chilli Festival in Wandin Victoria. This one was a stand out for me because it reminds me of a tomato chutney but the weird thing is there are no tomatoes!

[REVIEW] The Chilli Effect El Presidente's Demise
Mark and Daryl from The Chilli Effect have been in contact with me ever since ChilliBOM started, but the problem was that their hot sauces were physically too big to fit in the ChilliBOM Red Box. So when I saw they had launched this sauce in a 150ml bottle I was onto them straight away as I knew it would be special, and it is!

[REVIEW] Uncle Tyrone's Caribbean Pepper Sauce Medium
Once ChilliBOM was up and running Uncle Tyrone's approached me to try their sauces and we were hooked straight away. A true Caribbean style sauce made from Scotch Bonnet and birdseye peppers. Scotch Bonnets are another name for the Habanero Pepper used in South America and the Caribbean. The chillies used in Uncle Tyrone's are from seeds that were originally sourced from Trinidad.

[REVIEW] Changz Green Jalapeño Hot Sauce
This may be a controversial "hot sauce" for us to have included in a ChilliBOM box as it is on the milder side of the scale but I first tried this sauce at BL Burgers on Oxford St in Sydney where I liberally applied it to my Classic Cheese Burger and chips. The sauce complemented the burger so well that what it lacked in heat it more than made up for in flavour and so got the green light to feature in the Autumn 2017 box.

[REVIEW] Red Clipper Habanero Mango Rockmelon & Lime Hot Sauce
I found this sauce about a year ago in the back corner of my local fruit shop and it was the funky bottle that caught my eye. When I read the label and saw the combination of rockmelon, mango and lime, I was completely hooked.

[REVIEW] Melbourne Hot Sauce Habanero Roja
This sauce was partly responsible for the start of ChilliBOM. Along with 5 other hot sauces I tried in Chur Burger Surry Hills, MHS Habanero Roja helped light the spark that is ChilliBOM and I have never looked back. So it was definitely going to be front and centre in the debut box.

[REVIEW] Diemen's Stinger Hot Sauce
I discovered this sauce in a little café in Richmond, Victoria where I had arrived for breakfast. The Diemen's Original and Diemen's Stinger Sauces were sitting on every table and there was no way they were not going to be slathered all over my omelette.

[REVIEW] Cobra Chill Congo B Pepper Sauce
I approached Vaughn from Cobra Chilli after reading a review on their products and recent expansion into the USA. He sent me through some samples and in our first tasting party the Congo B was a stand out to feature in our first ChilliBOM box.
