[REIVEW] Bear Brewing Reaper Sauce
This hot sauce ticks the boxes on uniqueness in 2 ways. First it is black in colour, that's right, it is not the bottle that is black but the sauce. Second, it is a fermented hot sauce, not cooked, so delivers a very different flavour profile.

Another great example of some of the fine sauces that are getting created within Australia, this one from Ballogie in Queensland about 3 hours inland from the Sunshine Coast. This sauce is not for the feint-hearted with 38% habanero the heat is intense and it sticks around.
